(1) You have great credit.

These are the only buyers real estate agents can work with, but our doors of opportunity are opened much wider.

If you do have A credit, we'd love to help you find just the home you're looking for. We even have a program to sell A credit buyers a house with NO MONEY DOWN every time!


(2) You have good credit.

But can only come up with $500 to put down. There are loan programs that will qualify you for this type of loan. You do have to have good to great credit.


(3) You have fair credit.

But not much of a down payment. Maybe you can get qualified for an 80%, 85%, or 90% loan, but you don't have the cash to complete the deal. We can take back a second mortgage for the difference and you move in with nearly NO MONEY DOWN.

You can relocate with this credit if you leave the home in better condition than when you moved in; then you can take your credit with you to House B. This is an awesome plan for flexibility that you can't get anywhere else!
